How much does a sleeve tattoo effect your employment?

I want answers from people who know firsthand or knows someone who has a sleeve and has seen how their employment was effected. I really want to get a sleeve done but I'm on the fence because of this issue. If as many people as possible could give me an idea of whether its posed a huge problem or not would be amazingly awesome!!
