What is the ACT/SAT for University of Colorado at Boulder?

I plan on applying here, but I've looked everywhere to find the scores that they accept, and I can't find a straight answer! Does anyone have any first hand knowledge of this? Also, what is the out of state tuition? Firsthand knowledge would be really appreciated lol thanks!
