VERY faint 2nd line at 8DPO?

The problem with taking a test before you have missed your period, is that the likelihood of a false positive is there. If the egg gets fertilized, but has not implanted into the uterine wall, then you can get a positive result on a test, but later on get your period because the egg failed to attach to the uterine wall.
